CMRTools is a software package for the display and quantitative analysis of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) images. It has been developed by the VIP Department of Imperial College in assocaition with the Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Unit of Royal Brompton Hospital and provides a complete solution for retrieving, reviewing, and analysing MR data. The software is extremely well suited for departmental wide Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS), and is designed to meet the needs of cardiologists, radiologists, and physicists for both clinical and research applications.
